The gunboat Concord, from Spanamwar.com

Patrick McSherry has a nice page on spamamwar.com about the American gunboat Concord that fought in the Spanish-American War in 1898. He has a good drawing, as well, which I took the liberty of cleaning up a bit, as it was "dirty":

Today I stopped to view the two 6" guns on display at Woodland Park in North Seattle. They are mostly ignored, but still interesting to look at. It's too bad most people walk by without interest, and there should be some literature there explaining something about these relics, but there are not. It took some work on my end to figure out what these guns were from.
